To be eligible for a Windmill loan, you must:
1. Live in Canada.
2. Hold an eligible status: Be a Canadian citizen or an immigrant with permanent resident, protected person, convention refugee (with a notice of decision) or provincial nominee status.
3. Have no active bankruptcy.
4. Be internationally trained: Have post-secondary education from outside Canada or at least one year of related work experience before arriving in Canada.
5. Be pursuing a career plan: Be enrolled in a training, relicensing, assessment or education program. (Note: If you meet this requirement but were declined, your specific program may not be eligible.)
6. Meet the credit minimum: Have a credit score above 580.
